Open to players (girls and boys) of all abilities in all of our age groups: 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U!
Spring 4 Leaf Tournament: Sunday, March 23 (reserving two days for now)
Note: All lacrosse players must have a valid USA Lacrosse Membership in order to register.
PROGRAM COSTS
8U (1st/2nd) : $375.00
10U (3rd/4th) : $575.00
12U (5th/6th) : $695.00
14U (7th/8th) : $695.00
Registration Open: December 5 - January 31
PRACTICES AND GAMES
Practices
- Girls 8U and Boys 8U practice once a week
- Girls 10U and Boys 10U teams practice twice a week
- Girls 12U and Boys 12U teams practice twice a week
- Girls 14U and Boys 14U teams practice twice a week
Games
- Each team will play ~10 games throughout the spring on the weekends
- Game days/times/locations are viewable on TeamSnap
- Mid-season tournament
Referee Training with NCWLO
The NorCal Women's Lacrosse Officials Spring Kickoff is on Sunday, March 2nd, in Oakland, CA and is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your spring season with competitive games, great sportsmanship, and a fun atmosphere for youth girls’ lacrosse teams across Northern California.
Bonus: You will be helping our junior officials get trained for the upcoming season!

Format: 10U is 7v7; traditional 12 v 12 or 7v7 for 12U and 14U
